Refund Policy

1. Automatic refunds

If we can't generate your plan because of a technical problem, or if your answers show that a self-guided programme is not safe for you, we refund the full amount automatically and tell you by email.

2. If your plan doesn't respect your answers

If your plan ignores the equipment, allergies or limitations you entered, email us within 14 days of the purchase explaining the problem and we will refund you.

3. Other cases

Because the plan is personalised digital content delivered immediately at your request, there is no right of withdrawal once it has been delivered. This does not affect your legal rights if the content is faulty or does not match what was described.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5-10 business days.
