This policy explains how we process your personal data when you use workoutandmealplan.com, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

The controller is the person shown in the Contact section below.

2. Data we process

  • Your form answers, including health data (age, height, weight, injuries, allergies, diet).
  • Your email address and payment information, handled by Stripe (we never see your full card number).
  • Technical data such as your IP address, used for security and to prevent abuse.

3. Why and on what legal basis

  • To create and deliver your plan: performance of the contract and, for health data, your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give in the form.
  • To take payment, send your plan and handle refunds: performance of the contract.
  • To keep accounting records: legal obligation.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing already carried out.

4. Who processes data for us

  • Hetzner Online GmbH (server in the EU).
  • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments).
  • Anthropic PBC (the AI that writes your plan; your answers are sent to it without your name or email, and it does not use them to train its models).
  • Google (sending emails through Gmail).

Transfers outside the EU are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

  • Your answers and your plan are deleted 30 days after the order.
  • Basic order records (date, amount, email) are kept for as long as tax law requires.
  • Server logs are kept for a short time, for security.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy (portability) and withdraw your consent by writing to us. We may ask you to write from the email you used for the order to verify your identity. You can also complain to your data protection authority or to the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

7. Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may use strictly necessary cookies on its payment page.
