Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of workoutandmealplan.com (the "Site") and the purchase of our digital plans. The Site is operated by Valentin Ortiz, an individual seller based in Spain ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Medical Disclaimer.
1. What we sell
We sell personalized digital fitness documents in PDF format:
- Workout Plan ($4.99): an 8-week training program based on your answers.
- Workout + Meal Plan ($9.99): the Workout Plan plus a 7-day sample menu and a weekly grocery list with estimated prices at grocery stores near the ZIP code you provide.
Plans are generated automatically by artificial intelligence (AI) from the information you enter in our form. They are not reviewed by a human before delivery and are not written by a doctor, physical therapist, registered dietitian or licensed health professional.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Our plans are intended for healthy adults. Do not order if any item of our safety check applies to you (for example, pregnancy, heart conditions, recent surgery or an eating disorder).
3. Not medical advice
Plans are general fitness and healthy-eating information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and do not create any doctor-patient or professional relationship. Consult your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program. Please read our full Medical Disclaimer.
4. Your answers
You are responsible for giving accurate, complete answers, including your injuries, limitations, allergies and food intolerances. The plan can only take into account what you tell us. Always check ingredient labels yourself: grocery products and recipes can contain allergens even if you listed them.
5. Prices, payment and promo codes
Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments (no subscription). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Promo codes, when available, are applied on the Stripe payment page and cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
6. Delivery
After payment your plan is generated automatically, usually within a few minutes. You can download it from your order page, and we also email it to the address you entered at checkout. The download link stays active for 30 days, after which we delete your plan from our servers, so please save your PDF. By ordering you ask us to start delivering the digital content immediately.
7. Grocery prices and stores
Store names and prices in the meal plan are estimates based on information available online when your plan is created. Actual prices, availability and store locations vary and may change. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any gym or grocery chain mentioned on the Site or in your plan; all trademarks belong to their owners. Gym equipment is based on what each chain typically offers and may differ at your location.

9. License
Your plan is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print it and keep copies for yourself, but you may not resell or redistribute it.
10. Assumption of risk and limitation of liability
Physical exercise and dietary changes involve risks, including injury. You choose to follow the plan voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the plans are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim related to the Site or a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country or state.
11. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, attempt to access other people's orders, interfere with its operation or submit content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live that cannot be waived by agreement. Before starting any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
